I bought myself a brace yesterday. I was in too much excruciating pain. I can only wear at the Wine Rack though. Not while preparing food. Which is unfortunate. Scrubbing dishes and ovens and shit last night was. I can't really describe it. Have you ever felt somethng shifting inside your body that shouldn't be? strange feeling.
